چکیده

The Pseudomonas chlororaphis phylogenetic subgroup of species, within the fluorescens group, currently includes seven bacterial all which have environmental relevance. Phylogenomic analyses help clarify taxonomy strains in group and allow for precise identification. Thirteen antibiotic-resistant isolated a previous study from nine different sampling sites Danube River were suspected to represent novel species are investigated taxonomically present study, together with four other Woluwe (Belgium) that phylogenetically closely related their rpoD gene sequences. characterized phenotypically, chemotaxonomically (fatty acid composition main protein profiles), phylogenetically. Pseudomonas bauzanensis sp. nov., isolated from soil.

A Gram-negative, aerobic, motile rod, designated BZ93(T), was isolated from soil from an industrial site. The strain grew at 5-30 °C. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences showed that strain BZ93(T) was related to members of the genus Pseudomonas and was related most closely to Pseudomonas xiamenensis C10-2(T) (97.8 % 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity) and Pseudomonas pertucino...

A bacterial strain, OHA11(T), was isolated during the course of a study of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria occurring in a forest soil from Salamanca, Spain. The 16S rRNA gene sequence of strain OHA11(T) shared 99.1% similarity with respect to Pseudomonas baetica a390(T), and 98.9% similarity with the type strains of Pseudomonas jessenii, Pseudomonas moorei, Pseudomonas umsongensis, Pseudomonas ...

A yellow, Gram-stain-negative, rod-shaped, non-spore-forming bacterium (strain JM-1(T)) was isolated from the rhizosphere of a field-grown Zea mays plant in Auburn, AL, USA. 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis of strain JM-1(T) showed high sequence similarity to the type strains of Novosphingobium capsulatum (98.9%), Novosphingobium aromaticivorans (97.4%), Novosphingobium subterraneum (97.3%) and ...

Pseudomonas lutea sp. nov., a novel phosphate-solubilizing bacterium isolated from the rhizosphere of grasses.

A phosphate-solubilizing bacterial strain designated OK2(T) was isolated from rhizospheric soil of grasses growing spontaneously in a soil from Spain. Cells of the strain were Gram-negative, strictly aerobic, rod-shaped and motile. Phylogenetic analysis of the 16S rRNA gene indicated that this bacterium belongs to the gamma-subclass of Proteobacteria within the genus Pseudomonas and that the cl...
